You will be part of a cross-functional team consisting of, among others, other Team Leads\/Mission Managers and technical camera specialists where you collectively have overall responsibility, which includes daily operations, management\/support, and further development of the capabilities.\nThe work tasks are varied and can include:\nLeading diverse assignments where you take full responsibility for delivery in both short and long-term projects in the camera field\nAct as close support and an extended arm to the group manager\/product owner in daily work\nDrive workshops and develop decision-making documents\nParticipate in the agile working approach and actively contribute to developing the team's methods and work forms\nBeing the hub in a role with many contact points \u2013 from IT architects and technical specialists to the police operational activities and external suppliers\n\n\n\nThe group works closely with multiple different stakeholders, internally with other competency groups within the IT department, for example within operations and IT infrastructure, or with other camera groups for example within the National Operations Department or within the police regions.
