You'll have daily contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You're responsible for ensuring smooth daily administration. Based on your previous experience, you'll also handle some work scheduling and book service technicians for customer visits. The role includes customer reception, complaint handling, telephone duties, billing, ordering spare parts, general office work, and work scheduling.
