This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment at the forefront of the industry.\nHow you'll make an impact\nCoordinate electrical design activities for upgrade tenders and service offerings, ensuring compliance with established processes.\nLead and support tender work for electrical design scopes within service projects.\nDrive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and proposing enhancements to offerings and processes.\nTranslate technical and customer requirements into validated and cost-effective design solutions.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, suppliers, local Hitachi Energy offices, and customers.\nSupport fault tracing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for electrical installations in the installed base.\nContribute to the design and implementation of upgrades and updates for control systems, relay protection, and auxiliary power systems.\nPromote Hitachi Energy's values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your work and supporting colleagues and the business.\n\nYour background\nUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, with experience in a similar role within the Power Systems industry.\nExperience working with products and\/or service business operations is considered an advantage.\nPractical experience in one or more of the following areas: Electrical Design, Relay Protection Configuration & Testing, Auxiliary Power Calculations, Commissioning, or E3 CAD.\nAnalytical skills with a quality-focused mindset and the ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions.\nService-minded professional with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery, combined with ownership of planning and organizational skills.\nCollaborative team player with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an openness to new ideas and perspectives.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nMore about us \nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
