You will visit clients in their natural environment and together with them find ways out of difficult life situations.\nWe help people who have lost their housing or income, live in uncertain conditions, or face other obstacles.\nWe support them, for example, with:\n\u2022 finding housing and employment\n\u2022 obtaining personal documents\n\u2022 applying for social benefits\n\u2022 accessing healthcare\n\u2022 obtaining material or food assistance\n\u2022 resolving acute crisis situations\n\nOur work is not to do things for clients. We teach them to take responsibility for their lives again, strengthen their skills, and help them find the path to greater independence.\nMost of the work takes place directly in the field. By arrangement with the client, you can also use our office facilities in P\u00edsek.\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe're looking for someone who:\n\u2022 has completed or is completing education meeting Law No. 108\/2006 Coll., \u00a7 109 (higher vocational school or university - social work, social pedagogy, social policy or related fields) or a social services worker course\n\u2022 can work with MS Word and Excel\n\u2022 is independent, responsible, and not afraid of communicating with people\n\u2022 can remain calm in challenging situations\n\u2022 holds a Group B driver's license and is an active driver (work takes place mainly in the field)\n\u2022 wants to do work with visible positive impact on others' lives\n\nExperience in social services is an advantage, not a requirement.
