Then we're looking for you.\nWhat awaits you with us:\n\u2022 You will work with families in difficult social situations directly in their homes.\n\u2022 You will prepare individual plans with families.\n\u2022 You will accompany families to meetings with authorities, to the doctor, etc.\n\u2022 You will participate in developing and implementing the internal rules of the social service.\nWhat you should be able to do:\n\u2022 A requirement is to have specialized education according to Act No. 108\/2006 Coll., on social services (minimum higher vocational school with a social focus).\n\u2022 An advantage is if you are an active driver (driver's license category B).\n\u2022 You should be able to work in a team and independently, be flexible, responsible, active, and empathetic toward clients. You should be able to communicate in any situation.
