As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating student learning. You build strong relationships with both students and guardians, based on trust and respect. You are aware of your own impact on student learning. Based on student results, research, and proven experience, you monitor the quality of your teaching, reflect, and evaluate with the aim of improving instruction. You provide forward-looking feedback to students with the goal of development and support students according to their individual needs.
