You are an experienced manager accustomed to leading and achieving results through others, at a strategic level.\nYou can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and propose possible solutions, and you use your analysis to methodically plan and implement solutions going forward. We are looking for someone motivated by learning new things and developing. You come up with new ideas and take initiative for improvements.\nYou have experience communicating information and ideas to others, both verbally and in writing.
