You are the one who takes over when cases & various technical problems are at their most complex, and you are the one who has the big-picture perspective and can connect separate incidents with each other and work toward solutions to multiple problems simultaneously. You are an important knowledge resource for the entire support team and you actively contribute to raising the quality of our deliverables.\nYou need to be both technically broad and deep, combined with a high degree of personal maturity and the ability to independently take responsibility and drive matters from start to finish.\n\nWith us you get the opportunity to:\n\nSolve advanced technical problems within Microsoft sysadmin, networking, servers and applications\n\n\nPerform root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions\n\n\nFurther develop ITIL methodology in our support organization with a focus on Problem & Change Management\n\n\nWork with public cloud solutions within Microsoft, such as Azure and M365\n\n\nParticipate in and lead technical projects around system upgrades, migrations and technical development\n\n\nDocument solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base\n\n\nBe a mentor and technical support for First and Second Line\n\n\nWork with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)\n\n\nEnsure that our customers' IT environments are stable, secure and scalable\n\n\n\nWho are we looking for? You are an experienced IT technician with several years of experience in support, operations and complex troubleshooting \u2013 preferably in Second or Third Line roles, or within IT Operations. You have deep and broad technical expertise, but also a strong sense of service and communication.\nWe are looking for someone whose technical breadth is your specialty. You are also a flexible and unpretentious person who enjoys working at different levels and you love taking on new technical challenges.\nYou want to be part of a high-performing company that truly wants to develop and grow.
