In connection with this, the intranet's digital accessibility needs to be reviewed.\nYou will work closely with the development team and contribute with both expert knowledge and practical recommendations.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nConducting an accessibility review of the intranet\nIdentifying and documenting deficiencies based on applicable regulations\nConducting manual reviews and, if needed, supplementing with automated tests and user testing\nProposing concrete actions and helping the team prioritize them\nExplaining complex accessibility issues in a clear and understandable manner\nContributing to the development of an accessibility statement\nProviding support in ongoing digital accessibility work\n\nWe're Looking for Someone Who:\nHas very good knowledge of WCAG at level AA\nHas good knowledge of the DOS Act, the Accessibility Directive, and EN 301 549\nUnderstands how semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript affect screen readers and other assistive technologies\nHas conducted accessibility reviews of intranets\nIs experienced in documenting deficiencies and recommending clear actions\nHas very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written\nHas the ability to work partially on-site in Stockholm\n\nIt's Extra Advantageous if You:\nHave experience with Sitevision\nHave worked with digital accessibility within a larger public sector organization\nHave conducted user testing in digital accessibility\nAre experienced in collaborating with developers, designers, managers, and business stakeholders\n\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you are structured, analytical, and self-directed.
