We are now seeking engaged and thoughtful support assistants for our group homes.\n\nWe have LSS group housing with a focus on elderly care and group housing with a focus on social psychiatry.\n\nOur group homes are located in the areas \u00c4ngelholm, Hj\u00e4rnarp, Munka-Ljungby and Vejbystrand.\n\nAs a support assistant, you will primarily work with creating security and supporting residents in their daily activities (ADL). You will be an important part of the work to promote independence and participation for residents in their everyday life. Through communication, planning and coordination, you will work to achieve the resident's goals in close collaboration with other professionals. Care work also occurs.\n\nThe work is based on respect for the resident's self-determination and integrity.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nAdequate education, such as healthcare and care program or children's and leisure program with focus on social or pedagogical work.\n\nMeritorious with experience from similar work, especially within personal care, LSS activities and social psychiatry.\n\nYou should have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good computer skills.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is calm, stable and comfortable handling complex situations.
