This includes documenting, having conversations with the young people, and everything involved in maintaining a home.\nWe would like to see that you have knowledge, interest, and experience working with girls in the mental health field. It is important that you are organized, humble, attentive, responsible, and able to work in groups and individually (able to take responsibility on your own) and have a pedagogical approach. Due to the nature of the work, we would like to see that you have documented experience working with young people, preferably \"institutional experience.\" Great weight is placed on personal suitability.\nEvening, weekend, and on-call sleeping shifts are part of the position.
