Your assignment may include:\n- Support in finding and maintaining your own housing.\n- Reminders and assistance with meetings with social services and authorities.\n- Support in ADL (Activities of Daily Living).\n- Transport of clients to external meetings and treatments.\n- Conversations about substance abuse, relapse, and social difficulties.\n- Explanation of authority decisions and support in reactions to these.\n- Sample collection (e.g., urine tests)\nIt is largely independent work but with close collaboration with colleagues and coordinator\/unit manager. You need to be calm and secure as a person. You will collaborate with other authorities and especially social services.
