Since it is important that our substitute teachers also work according to our pedagogical concept, we will go through this at a potential interview.\nQualifications\n \nWe are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with children and young people. It is an advantage if you can teach multiple subjects. You are pedagogical in your approach and feel comfortable in the role as a clear leader. We would like to see that you are studying at a college or university or have a completed degree. Perhaps you are a student teacher and want to gain valuable experience by working as a substitute teacher?\n \nAs a person, you are responsible, proactive, and communicative. You have an easy time building good relationships with both students and colleagues and contribute to a safe and positive learning environment.
