You have completed upper secondary education and experience working with children and young people. It is advantageous if you have previously worked at a school or elementary school, are studying to become a recreation leader\/after-school care teacher, or have relevant education in the field.\nAs a person, you are responsible and like to take your own initiative. You have a clear focus on students. Work as a substitute teacher involves many interactions, so it is very important that you have a positive view of people and good collaboration skills.
