This mainly involves short-term assignments with short notice that may work well for you if you're studying or have other employment. To succeed in the role, we believe you're studying to become a teacher in teacher training. It's a merit if you have experience working in upper secondary or primary school. As a person, it's important that you have a strong interest and ability to help others. You are a reliable and coaching person who is attentive and clear in your interactions. You are also initiative-taking, pedagogical, and communicative, and you have the ability and willingness to be a leader in the classroom. As a substitute teacher, you work independently, but of course in dialogue with a teacher and students at the school.\nTerms\nThis is an intermittent position. We would like you to start immediately by agreement.\nHow to Join Our Team\nWe work efficiently and modernly.
