The role demands high flexibility and strong collaboration skills.\nYour Role\nAs a care worker, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work toward making each day meaningful and engaging. You will support and guide residents with meals, exercise, cleaning, finances, leisure interests, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to continue their schooling or other activities. Your responsibilities include documenting and planning based on care plans.\nYour Qualifications\nYou have education and\/or experience in treatment and care work.
