We place great emphasis on relationship-building, clarity, respect, and professional treatment.\nAbout the Role\nAs an hourly substitute, you are an important part of the young people's daily life and work together with permanent staff to create safety, structure, and continuity.\nYour tasks may include:\nSupporting the young people in their daily routines and activities\nCreating safety through calm and professional treatment\nMotivating and supporting the young people based on their individual goals\nCarrying out activities and contributing to meaningful leisure time\nHandling situations where young people are emotionally activated or experiencing mental distress\nDocumenting relevant events and observations\nCollaborating with colleagues and following the organization's routines and practices\n\nWork can occur during daytime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. As an hourly substitute, you may be contacted for both planned shifts and on shorter notice as needed.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for someone who is confident, takes responsibility, and has a genuine interest in working with young people. You need to be able to build relationships while being clear, professional, and able to remain calm even in challenging situations.\nWe would like to see that you have education or experience in, for example, social work, treatment, education, psychiatry, neuropsychiatric care, or a similar field.
