In the work, we strive to develop students' abilities.\n\nCare and personal hygiene tasks are part of the role.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and experience working with children in need of special support, as well as experience in Anpassad grundskola or LSS activities.\n\nYou are flexible, empathetic, and can quickly understand another person's perspective or situation. You have the ability to see the whole picture and to view issues in a broader context.\n\nYou use a calm and supportive approach and keep the student in focus.\n\nIt is a plus if you also have knowledge of TAKK (sign language support).\nTo work as a substitute teacher with us, you must have good collaboration skills and be stress-resilient, with the ability to build relationships with both children and adults.
