In preschool, preschool teachers and childcare workers work together, and as a short-term substitute, you'll replace regular staff during their absence. Working as a substitute in a children's group means helping and inspiring children in their activities. Activities take place both outdoors and indoors every day and include everything from play, creative work, reading books, to group time and getting dressed. Creating a warm, safe, and positive learning environment and supporting children in their personal development and play is always central. Preschool operations are governed by the Education Act and the mission is described in the preschool curriculum, LPF\u00d6 18.
