Everything we do is guided by the principles Safe, Fun, and Educational.\nAre you interested in working as a temporary substitute with us?\nYou have the opportunity to decide which days you want to work. Many of our substitutes work every day. We prefer that you have the ability to work at least 2 shifts per week.\nHow does it work?\nDo I have to work at all preschools or can I choose an area?\nYou have the opportunity to choose which areas work for you.\nHow far in advance will I get information about work shifts?\nYou will receive requests for the same day and for several days or weeks in advance.\nWill I receive any orientation about your operations and how it works before my first shift?\nEveryone who comes in for an interview at the office shows their criminal records clearance and any other relevant documents.\nThen we also explain how the operations work.\nAt the moment I have the possibility to work essentially all the time, but if a doctor's appointment or something similar comes up, can I decline a shift?\nYou choose for yourself which days you want to work.\nIf this interests you, it's important that you have a valid extract from the criminal records register. You can find this on the police website.\nYour qualifications\nWe are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and can quickly get into your work tasks. You should be able to provide and create safety, knowledge, and joy at the preschools and be able to take your own initiative. We would like you to have an interest in nature and outdoor activities.\nFrilufts F\u00f6rskolor is a well-established company that has been active in preschool education since 1993. The company is characterized by engagement, stability, safety, work joy, and close relationships with management. We want you to share our passion for outdoor pedagogy. You will work together with other staff as part of the educational activities.\nWe have preschools in H\u00e4sselby, Sollentuna, Upplands V\u00e4sby, and T\u00e4by. We would like you to be able to work at all of them.
