For the right person, there may therefore be an opportunity to transition to a permanent position later on.\nWith us, you work closely with the residents and become an important part of the work to create security, structure and stability during a period when their life situation is often very difficult.\nWork Tasks\nAs an hourly worker with us, you work to provide practical and social support in daily life. The tasks may include:\nProvide practical support and guidance to residents\nBe a safe and professional support in daily life\nParticipate in activities and, if needed, accompany residents to various meetings\nContribute to a safe, calm and well-functioning residential environment\nWork based on individual needs and safety plans\nDocument according to the operations' procedures\nFollow the operations' routines regarding security, confidentiality and information management\nCollaborate with colleagues and other relevant parties regarding residents' needs\n\n\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for someone who is confident, responsible and attentive, and who has the ability to meet people in vulnerable situations with respect and professionalism.\nIt is important that you can work independently, while also functioning well with others. You need to be able to remain calm even when situations change rapidly and understand the importance of confidentiality, security and clear professional boundaries.\nEducation is required in social work and\/or behavioral science. Experience working with victims of violence is a merit.\nWe place great emphasis on personal suitability.\nAbout the Position\nThe position is initially an hourly employment during daytime hours as needed, but may also involve work in the evenings and on weekends.\nWe are particularly interested in people who want to work regularly and become part of the operations over time.
