Do you enjoy taking responsibility and can you be flexible with short notice, even if the school calls you early in the morning?\nWe need substitute teachers for sick leave, child care, and other absences. As a substitute teacher, you'll be right in the middle of the activity where it is expected that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to different routines. School's first lesson starts around 8:00 AM, which requires you to be reachable from around 6:30 AM.\nIn H\u00e4rryda Municipality's schools, students' desire to learn should be stimulated. Learning should be characterized by cooperation, participation, and influence for children and young people. Care and learning should form a whole and the school should take care of the student in the best possible way. In H\u00e4rryda Municipality there are 18 municipal elementary schools from M\u00f6lnlycke in the west to R\u00e4vlanda in the east.\nAs a teacher substitute you replace regular staff, which means you should be able to teach a full class, either in various subjects (grades F-6) or in specialized subjects (grades 7-9). As a teacher in after-school programs you participate in activities with students in grades F-6 before school starts and after the school day ends.
