The units are home to adults with disabilities living in their own apartments with the opportunity for social interaction in shared spaces. Our mission is to offer support and services based on each individual's needs and wishes, and we actively work to promote equality and full participation in community life for our users. The work is characterized by a pedagogical approach, a structured method of working, and a calm and respectful manner toward both users and colleagues.\nWe're now looking for temporary staff who want to work extra at a group home or service housing. We work on rotating schedules with shifts covering day, evening, night, and weekends.\nYour Role\nThe work involves supporting, motivating, interpreting, and clarifying everyday life for the users, as well as providing care and services based on each user's individual needs. The work also includes collaboration with the user's network.\nGood physical fitness and endurance are essential requirements for the role to be able to support users according to their needs.\nYour Competence and Experience\nWe're looking for someone who has:\nRelevant education\nKnowledge of and practical experience with people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disabilities (ID)\nExperience working with obsessive-compulsive disorder and\/or aggressive behavior and\/or self-injurious behavior\nThe ability to handle difficult situations that require you to interact with people displaying challenging behaviors in a calm manner.\n\nIt's also an advantage if you have completed training in Studio III.\nWe're looking for someone who is a confident and stable person with self-awareness. You have the ability to plan and prioritize in your daily work. You are humble, unpretentious, and collaborate well with others.
