Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace.\nThe client is a 12-year-old boy living with his parents and siblings in H\u00e4rn\u00f6sand. He has a motor disability and intellectual disability. He also has epilepsy. The boy has no verbal speech, so it is of utmost importance that you as an assistant are attentive to his body language and expressions. You will actively read his communication and support his development of activity skills. You will become an important part of a secure family environment where your presence creates stability and adds a golden touch to everyday life.\n\nWho Are You?\nThe role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for you who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client.\nFor this position, you are required to have:\n\ngood knowledge of Swedish\n\n\na B driver's license and access to your own car\n\n\nFor this position, it is meritorious if you have:\n\nexperience with similar work or work in a school environment\n\n\nexperience working with alternative communication, e.g. TAKK\n\n\nexperience working with children\/youth\n\n\nexperience with epilepsy\n\n\nGreat weight will be placed on personal suitability.\n\nWorking Hours, Employment Level, and Salary\nThe current employment form is \"hourly employment,\" which means work as needed. There is an opportunity for a small position if you wish to have a couple of fixed shifts on the schedule each week. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends: 14.30-20.00 on weekdays and 10.00-18.00 on weekends.\nFixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.\n\nWhat We Offer\nAt Humana, it is important that both you as an assistant and the client feel secure in the collaboration.
