As a nurse, you contribute with both medical and nursing perspectives and work cross-professionally to ensure that services are coordinated. You work from Ramstorp's secure housing together with your nursing colleagues. The team also includes physiotherapists and occupational therapists, with close collaboration with Br\u00e4cke's three home care services.
