As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during absences. Your working hours may vary depending on the needs of the operation and are often determined on short notice.\n\nSince the workplace and tasks vary, it is important that you are flexible and comfortable with seeing and learning new ways of working.\n\nAs a substitute at the preschools in Mullsj\u00f6, you will become part of the team where you work together to promote all children's development and learning.
