If the school does not provide a lesson plan in advance, you may need to prepare one yourself.\r\n\nAs an after-school assistant or student assistant, you will support students both during the school day and during after-school hours. Your role is to contribute to a safe, stimulating, and developmentally supportive learning environment where each child can develop according to their individual needs.\r\n\nAs a temporary substitute, you will be offered flexible and meaningful work where you can plan your availability through our scheduling system Time Care Pool.
