Some individuals also have autism and physical disabilities.\nGroup homes provide support 24\/7. Service apartments are for people with some support needs but who manage much on their own. Daily activities are available for people without employment in the open job market.\n\nSocial Psychiatry\nThe municipality's social psychiatry provides support to people with psychiatric and\/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The goal is to help individuals find ways to better balance and order in their lives.\nWe have three residences for approximately 30 people. The different residences have common areas and varying levels of support. In addition, approximately 140 people receive daily support in their own apartments through residential support services.\n\nWho Are You?\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas a genuine interest in working within LSS and social psychiatry.\nHas knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) and is familiar with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy.\nIs flexible and engaged.\nValues collaboration and has a positive attitude.\nHas the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nThe position requires that you have very good command of the Swedish language both spoken and written.
