We warmly welcome your application!\r\nThe night patrol is responsible for scheduled nighttime visits and handles security alarms throughout Uppsala Municipality during nighttime hours. The work involves considerable independence while being part of an engaged team that together contributes to safety, care, and quality of life for our clients.\r\nThe night patrol operates from Nyby home care, Svartb\u00e4ckens home care, and S\u00e4vja home care. The work shift begins with reporting and reviewing documentation before you and your colleagues head out to the municipality's home care areas. As temporary staff, you work flexibly within all our teams. During the night, you perform both scheduled visits and respond to incoming security alarms. Working hours are 21:35\u201307:15.\r\nDescription of Work Tasks\r\nAs part of the night patrol, you shall provide good care based on the individual's needs with great respect for the person and their self-determination. You contribute to enabling the client to live an independent, active, and meaningful life according to their circumstances and needs.\r\nThe work includes:\r\nperforming care services in clients' homes\r\nperforming delegated healthcare services from licensed personnel\r\ndocumenting in accordance with the Social Services Act\r\ncommunicating and collaborating with clients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals\r\nworking in health-promoting ways and contributing to the development of operations.\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nFor success in this role, we see that you:\r\nhave relevant experience working in healthcare and care\r\npreferably have experience performing healthcare services delegated by licensed healthcare professionals\r\ncan independently and without difficulty communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
