Using up to ten-color flexographic printing, we produce shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive and IML labels, plastic and aluminum caps, and other paper and plastic packaging segments for major customers, particularly in the food industry.\nJob Responsibilities of Printer:\n-Preparation and inspection of printing plates and materials for job orders\n-Setup and operation of printing machines\n-Quality control of printing throughout the entire printing process\n-Basic machine maintenance and cleaning\n-Work according to production documentation\nRequirements:\n-Minimum complete secondary technical education with vocational training and diploma; background in printing\/polygraphics is advantageous\n-Manual dexterity and technical thinking\n-Attention to detail, responsibility, and independent work approach\n-Good eyesight, color sensitivity, and sense for detail\n-Basic PC knowledge\n-Willingness to learn new things and readiness to work in shift operations\n-Ability to work as part of a team\n-Experience in printing production is a significant advantage, but not a requirement\n-Position is also suitable for recent graduates - we will provide thorough training\nShift Schedule:\n-Continuous 12-hour operations (2x morning shift, 2x night shift, 4 days off)\nWe Offer:\n-Work in an established flexographic printing facility with modern technological equipment\n-Thorough training and familiarization with the entire production process\n-Competitive compensation\n-Opportunities for professional and career development\n-Work on interesting projects for major customers and well-known brands\nStarting gross salary will be determined based on abilities, experience, and qualifications from 144 K\u010d\/hour up to 45,000 K\u010d\/month.
