Here you work closely with operations and have many points of contact while getting the opportunity to develop in an exciting and growing organization.\nAbout the role\nIn your role as Training Coordinator, you will:\n\u2022  Coordinate and administer training for our employees and ensure that training requirements are met.\n\u2022  Follow up on training status and compile reports.\n\u2022  Plan and coordinate Coromatic Services Academy together with internal and external training providers.\n\u2022  Work regularly in Excel and other systems to ensure quality and structure in processes.\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and making things happen. You are comfortable with administration and coordination, but also see opportunities to improve and simplify work methods.\nPerhaps you have a few years of experience in a coordinating role in retail, restaurants, or service and are ready to take the next step in your career.\nYou are curious, driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy learning new things, stay updated on trends and work methods in your field, and find it easy to prioritize when the pace is high. If you also have an interest in technology, that is a big plus.\nWe believe you have:\n\u2022  Upper secondary education\n\u2022  At least two years of experience in a coordinating or administrative role\n\u2022  Excellent skills in Excel\n\u2022  Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\u2022  Class B driver's license\nIt is meritorious if you have:\n\u2022  Technical understanding or education in electrical work\n________________________________________\nThe position is placed in a security classification, which in this case requires Swedish citizenship and approved security vetting and background check.
