This is a recruitment hire where you will be employed as a consultant via DC Talents for the first 12 months, after which you will transition to employment with the Swedish Church, provided all parties are satisfied.\nWe use continuous selection in this recruitment process and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.\nWe welcome your application!\n\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs an Accounting Specialist, you will be part of the accounting department at Norrk\u00f6ping's pastorate administration and report to the accounting manager. The administration office has approximately 20 employees in various roles, and the accounting department consists of 4 staff members. The role is broad and independent, where you participate in the pastorate's accounting work and are responsible for an external parish.\nYou will work with the complete ongoing accounting process and become an important part of the pastorate's accounting function.\nMain Responsibilities\nOngoing accounting and accounts receivable and payable management.\nHandling, coding, and payment of supplier invoices.\nInvoicing and internal invoicing.\nAccount reconciliation and financial reporting.\nManagement of payments, receipts, and company cards.\nAdministration of approval flows.\nHandling and accounting of collections.\nMonthly and annual financial statements and participation in annual reports.\nOngoing bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, financial statements, and budget process for the external parish.\nAccounting work related to foundations and certain handling of financial assistance.\n\nYou will have many contact points and collaborate daily with parishes, colleagues, and suppliers.
