We keep residents at the center in everything we do, from participation and communication to meeting individual needs.\nAs a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for employees, work environment, operations, and budget. You have at least two years of experience as a manager with responsibility for budget, operations, personnel, and work environment.\nMeritorious qualifications:\nBasic knowledge in labor law, work environment, and finance.\nExperience in the field of operations and target group, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation.\n\nAs a unit manager, you have natural leadership and the ability to motivate employees, which creates commitment and responsibility in the team.
