Teachers, mentors, student services, and school leadership collaborate closely on student learning, wellbeing, attendance, and future planning.\n\nAs an academic and career counselor, you work closely with students throughout their upper secondary education. You guide them regarding study and career choices, further education and work life, but your mission also involves helping students see possibilities, find motivation, and believe in their own future.\n\nYou are part of the school's student services team and contribute your perspective to preventive and developmental work.
