As a UPS Coach, you have an important role in inspiring, educating and contributing to a culture that creates engagement and participation throughout the company. By listening to the needs of the business, you drive the implementation of the production system with a focus on the processes, flows and methods that need to be improved.\nThe role offers great variety where coaching management groups and employees to achieve results is mixed with analysis and strategic plans, improvement projects\/improvement activities. You will see large parts of our production facility and gain broad organizational knowledge.\nTogether with your team, you develop and improve methods and tools.\nYour profile\nFor you to thrive in the role, you need to have a genuine interest in people, good communication and teaching skills, keep an eye on details while also being able to look up and see the bigger picture in relation to our strategy. You are used to working towards set goals and delivering on schedule. You have experience with LEAN methodology. Good IT skills, especially in MS365, are a great advantage and if you also have previous work experience in a management position, that is highly valuable.
