Backing of a strong and stable company with excellent reputation.\n\nWE EXPECT:\n- Daily building maintenance: Performing minor repairs of all kinds (masonry, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and locksmith work).\n- Technology oversight: Daily inspection of boiler rooms, water top-ups, valve and seal checks, maintenance of pumps, ventilation systems, and cooling units. Keeping an operational log and resolving malfunctions.\n- Site and grounds care: Landscaping around the hotel and on slopes, grass mowing, clearing weeds from terraces, cleaning walkways. Snow removal from parking lots in winter.\n- Cleanliness and waste: Maintaining order in technical rooms (switchboards, storage areas, basements), grease trap inspection, ensuring waste disposal including hazardous waste.\n- Technical support and management: Operating AV equipment in halls during events, checking emergency lighting and TV distribution.
