We collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help each other develop both the facility and our work methods.\nYour Next Challenge\nAs a Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical, you'll have a varied role where you combine long-term development work with operational technical issues. Your mission is to develop maintenance practices and contribute to high availability and well-functioning process equipment within the pulp mill.\nYou'll have the opportunity to delve into technical issues, identify improvement opportunities, and follow projects through from idea and investigation to implemented solution. One day you'll work on planning and technical investigations, the next day you might be out in the facility with colleagues solving a technical challenge.\nIn this role, you will, among other things:\ndevelop and establish maintenance procedures and work methods.\ncreate, develop, and monitor maintenance plans.\nconduct technical investigations and translate results into concrete improvements.\nmanage and execute maintenance projects and represent maintenance in larger projects.\nprovide technical support in mechanics for other parts of the organization.\n\nYou'll have many points of contact and collaborate with colleagues in production and maintenance, as well as suppliers and other specialists.
