With us, you'll get a varied and practical role where you work with both preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and development projects.\nThis position is a 1-year temporary assignment with good opportunities for extension.\nWhat the role entails\nThe maintenance department currently consists of three employees who together are responsible for:\nThe daily operation of the coffee roastery.\nPreventive maintenance of machinery and the facility.\nMachine adjustments as well as modifications and installations.\nEmergency repairs and troubleshooting for operational disruptions and breakdowns.\nManaging and implementing improvement projects of varying scope.\n\nOur coffee factory consists of both older and newer equipment, and we do much of the maintenance work ourselves. Therefore, we are looking for you to have broad technical expertise and enjoy solving problems in everyday work.\nFor this role, knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and electronics is valuable. Workshop experience, good collaboration skills, and a strong safety mindset are also important.\nWe are in constant development with many ongoing projects.
