Some temporary staff will work as primary on-call doctors at the medical emergency department including night shifts. As a primary on-call doctor you work at the emergency department together with another primary on-call doctor (usually more experienced) and a specialist responsible for both the medical emergency department and the wards.\nQualifications\nIn the role you communicate daily with colleagues and patients, so it is important that you have good communication skills and great understanding for people's differences. Proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written is a requirement to succeed in the role. You who apply to us are thorough and can handle working in stressful situations.
