We collaborate with other units, and introduction to other activities within Care and Health will therefore be relevant.\r\n\r\n4 position(s).\r\n\r\nJOB DUTIES\r\nYou will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is to help the individual with varying tasks based on their needs.\n\nThe work involves performing standard care tasks in the individual's home according to implementation plans, performing health and medical care tasks after delegation, assignments as a primary care contact, and documentation according to applicable procedures.\n\nThe assignment also includes participation in workplace meetings and collaboration with relatives, district nurses, and occupational therapists.
