Granbacken has 33 apartments distributed across three floors. At Granbacken, we maintain close and personal contact with each individual. To provide the best possible care around the clock, we have a dedicated staff of approximately 40 employees, consisting of nursing assistants and care attendants. We also work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who are connected to the facility. You will become part of a stable team where we help each other across departments when needed.\n\n2 position(s).\n\nTASK RESPONSIBILITIES\nAs a nursing assistant, you work by supporting people in their daily lives based on care decisions and implementation plans. The tasks are varied, but some of the most common work tasks are as follows.\n\n\u2022 Help in the home with cleaning and laundry, making beds, or shopping and cooking meals.\n\u2022 Personal care includes help with showers and toilet visits, dressing and grooming, or helping with meals.\n\u2022 Your role also includes enriching the daily lives of those you help through various activities. This could include extra social interaction, taking a walk, or playing games. Only your imagination sets the limits.\n\u2022 Medical tasks such as checking blood pressure, applying bandages, or administering medication.
