Our team consists of a nurse, occupational therapist, and nursing assistants.\n\nAbout the Position\nA night shift with us involves nursing care, supervision, and security measures for our clients during the night as well as documentation.\n\nExamples of work tasks:\n\nEnsure clients are doing well and sleeping safely through regular check-ins.\n\nHandle acute psychiatric or somatic situations and provide calming conversational support for anxiety or sleep difficulties.\n\nManage medications according to delegation.\n\nDocument the night's events and report to day staff.\n\nPerform certain cleaning and laundry tasks.\n\nEmployment Terms\nWe are now seeking an employee for a permanent position; we apply a six-month probationary period. The employment level is 100%. Working hours are night shifts.\n\nSalary is by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.
