The facility is located on Vikbolandet in \u00d6stra Husby.\n\nWe are now seeking a nursing assistant for the night shift who wants to contribute to a safe and dignified life for the residents.\n\nYour responsibilities\nAs a nursing assistant with us, you will be part of a pleasant and highly experienced team that helps and supports each other in daily work.\n\nThe role involves supporting residents with personal care and creating security and continuity during the night. As night staff, you need to be responsible, confident in your professional role, and able to work independently. You need to be able to make your own assessments, prioritize tasks, be flexible, and act based on residents' needs and the situations that arise. Your responsibilities also include documentation, medication management, and maintenance of apartments and common areas.\n\nYou will work closely with your nursing assistant colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Together, you ensure that those living with us are doing well and receive the help and support they want and need. The goal is always for the user to have the opportunity to continue living an active life with a meaningful daily life.\n\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and who have experience working in care and support and providing care work. We would like you to have documented training in dementia care and good knowledge of dementia diseases. It is an advantage if you have previous experience with night work, but it is not a requirement.\n\nWe see that you have a genuine interest in people and are confident in yourself.
