We work constantly for good quality that benefits the users of our services.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nDUTIES\nAt Solbackens Short-Term Residential Care, you will work as a Primary Contact Person and be responsible, together with a number of care assistants in a contact person group, for actively driving work toward the goals that apply to the users the group is responsible for.\n\nShort-term care involves variation and places high demands on competence as our users come and go during shorter periods for rehabilitation and recovery after accidents or illness.\n\nIn short-term care, you work in a cheerful and committed team with good collaboration and close support from colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff and the unit manager. Currently, active development work is underway focusing on professionalizing the work by developing the contact person role, where nursing assistants take greater responsibility for following up on users' goals and processes.
