Here we work together to create security, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. With us, you get meaningful and varied work where we make a difference in the everyday lives of people with dementia.\nJob Description\nYour task is to work person-centered based on the residents' individual conditions and needs, with a focus on creating security and quality of life. A salutogenic approach is central to our work, as well as commitment, participation, and a constructive attitude toward service development. You work closely with residents and their relatives to support them in everyday life through care and practical assistance.
