Both areas have dedicated specialist physicians. The department is divided into two units based on our specializations and currently has 18 patient beds, distributed across three care teams, with plans to expand to 20 beds in the near future.\n\nWe work in multidisciplinary teams where nursing assistants, registered nurses, and physicians collaborate closely with the patient at the center. We also have other paramedical professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers who work with us and exchange knowledge.\n\nWhether you are newly trained or have extensive experience as a nursing assistant, we offer excellent opportunities to grow in your professional role. With us, you will receive support for your development and the opportunity to expand your skills in internal medicine care in a safe and supportive environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nAs a nursing assistant, you will work directly with patients in daily care work. Your tasks will be varied and include:\nBasic and person-centered care\nObservation of patient condition and reporting to the registered nurse\nParticipation in rehabilitation and activation activities\nSpecimen collection, documentation, and other delegated tasks related to your areas of responsibility\n\nInitially, you will primarily work with our neurology patients, especially those with stroke and acute geriatric conditions.
