The operation is expanding and we are now seeking six nursing assistants who want to be part of developing and shaping the future day activity center.\n\nThe positions cover several of our day activity centers and placement can occur at different workplaces based on the activity's needs and your qualifications. With us, participants are offered a safe and stimulating daily life where their needs, interests, and wishes are at the center. We work person-centered and salutogenic, with a focus on strengthening what is healthy and creating opportunities for participation, activity, and community. We work flexibly and continuously develop the activity's content to meet different needs, interests, and circumstances. Experience from day activity centers is advantageous, as is specialist education in the dementia field.\n\nWe would like you to:\n- be calm, safe, and attentive\n- have a positive and respectful approach\n- be creative and enjoy planning and leading activities\n- be flexible and solution-oriented\n- enjoy collaborating and taking responsibility\n- have good Swedish in speech and writing as well as basic computer skills\n\nWe place great emphasis on personal suitability.
