Fridh\u00e4ll consists of 40 apartments, of which 10 are for people with cognitive impairment. There is also a respite care space and a guaranteed place where we receive older citizens with varying needs.\nAt Fridh\u00e4lls \u00e4ldreboende, we work with a health-promoting approach and with the individual's needs at the center. We work based on the national value base that older citizens should be able to live a dignified life and feel well-being. Our task is to provide the residents of Fridh\u00e4ll with safe housing and daily activities they can influence themselves. Working hours are primarily at night, but evening shifts may also occur. Social activities are offered most days, and sometimes multiple times a day.\nGood to know\nWithin J\u00f6nk\u00f6pings kommun, we offer respective salary for nursing assistant positions regardless of which elderly care facility you work at.
