In your role as a nursing assistant with us, you have the opportunity to help create the best living environment for our residents. The work also includes service tasks, such as preparing simple meals, washing dishes, laundry, and cleaning. It is a merit if you have had other similar work, preferably with specialization in dementia care, elderly care, or welfare technology, as well as previous experience with delegated tasks.\n\nAs a person, you need to be responsible and service-oriented, putting the individual's needs at the center. You are good at collaborating with colleagues, residents, family members, and other partners both within and outside your own organization.
