Together with the user, you formulate goals and plan interventions that can contribute to increased independence and higher quality of life in daily life.\n\nIn addition to the central focus on rehabilitation, you also work with psychosocial interventions such as motivational work, serve as a contact person, and are responsible for delegated tasks. You document continuously and establish and follow up implementation plans. You need to feel comfortable working independently and driving a car throughout Eskilstuna Municipality.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has a Class B driver's license. You need to have good documentation skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. If you have previous experience in healthcare, it is highly meritorious, especially in home care. Experience from care and residential facilities and\/or as a rehabilitation assistant is also meritorious.
